SSC Shadow is committed to hiring the most qualified, professional soccer coaches in greater Spokane. Our staff include many nationally licensed coaches, and all are current/former collegiate players. Our Premier Head Coaches receive an annual contract and stipends may be available depending on qualifications and experience. Assistant Premier Coaches hold volunteer positions. Coaching performance, personal conduct, work toward additional coaching certifications, and ability to meet coaching and club objectives is reviewed annually.
Our Select Coaches are volunteers. Their ability to demonstrate and coach the skills and techniques of soccer makes for a positive player experience. SSC Shadow Select Coaches receive support and coaching education from the Directors of Coaching, who are overseen by the SSC Shadow Technical Director.

Q: How do I apply for SSC Shadow Premier and Select Coaching positions?
A: Interested coaches must complete two steps to be considered:
- Depending on your interest, complete either the Premier Coaching Application or the Select Coaching Application below and hit the “Submit” button at the bottom of the application.
- E-mail your resume here.
Q: How long will it take for SSC Shadow to contact me once I have submitted my information?
A: You should expect to hear back from us within 1-2 weeks from the time you submit your resume and complete the online coaching application. Final coaching decisions are primarily made in the early spring for the Premier level and late spring for the Select level.
